Hello from Sydney, Australia

This is my second time in this beautiful city, so instead of revisiting the iconic sites like the famed Opera house or touring the gorgeous harbor, a small group of us elected to join the “Kitchen Table” excursion.
We were invited to accompany Executive Chef, Allastair on a unique shopping experience to a local fish market where he handpicked ingredients for the evening meal.











While we rested a bit back on the ship, Alastair and his crew busily prepd the ingredients for our evening meal.
At a special room behind the scenes, we were dumbfounded by what we saw, a table of appetizers fit for a royalty.
